Creswicke House is situated on the Corner of Small Street and Colston Avenue, with Bristol University and UWE Watershed all within a 10 minute walk. Our student accommodation is designed with comfort, security, and peace and quiet in mind with access to all floor via lift and stairs, additional security is provided by 24/7 security monitoring of all communal areas. Free laundry facilities, cleaning materials and equipment are available to all residents and dedicated cleaners arrive every Monday at 6:30am, to clean all communal areas & remove refuse. Internet is a free service provided by the landlord. Professionals are welcome but must pay council tax, and will be living in a predominately student block.
